Pricing & errors
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you before canceling.
Order acceptance

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimbus Sound Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
