Where we ship
Nimbus Sound ships to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or internationally. If that changes we'll announce it on our newsletter.
Rates & delivery times
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (US contiguous 48).
- Standard shipping — $5.99 for orders under $50. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
- Expedited shipping — $14.99 flat, delivered in 1–2 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii orders may add 2–3 business days to standard transit.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking via UPS or USPS depending on destination. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email sale@nimbussound.shop and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. For visibly damaged packages, take a photo before opening and email us — we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
