What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email, and items ordered.
- Payment details: processed by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account details: if you create an account, we store your email and hashed password.
- Analytics cookies: aggregate, non-identifying pageview and click data. You can decline these in the cookie banner without breaking the store.
- Support messages: the email content you send us and the order it references.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order and communicate about it.
- To process returns, warranty claims, and refunds.
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in — which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To improve the store: which products get looked at, which pages break, where users get stuck.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of promotions.
Your rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you.
- Request a copy of that information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell, but you can confirm).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above.
To exercise any of these rights, email sale@nimbussound.shop from the address on your order. We respond within 45 days.
Opting out of marketing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you immediately and permanently from our marketing list. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, warranty replies) cannot be opted out of while you have an active order.
